These Promotional Credit & Discount Terms (“Promo Terms”) govern the use of any promotional codes, credits, coupons, or discounts (“Promotions”) offered by Astronova Host (“Astronova”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1. Eligibility
Promotions may be limited to new customers, specific plans, regions, or time periods. Eligibility criteria will be communicated with each Promotion. We may verify eligibility and decline or revoke Promotions that do not meet the stated criteria.
2. Non-Transferable and Non-Cash
Promotions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
3. Application of Credits
Promotional credits are typically applied against future invoices for eligible Services. Credits may not cover taxes, third-party fees, or overage charges unless explicitly stated.
4. Expiration
Promotions may expire on a specified date or after a certain period from activation. Unused credits or discounts at the time of expiration are forfeited.
5. Limitations
Promotions may be subject to usage limits, such as maximum credit amounts, capped discounts, or restrictions on specific product types. We may limit one Promotion per customer or account.
6. Misuse and Fraud
Astronova may cancel, suspend, or refuse Promotions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, including:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion.
- Selling or bartering promotional codes.
- Using Promotions for prohibited or abusive activities.
7. Stacking and Combination
Unless explicitly stated, Promotions cannot be combined or “stacked” with other offers, credits, or discounts.
8. Changes and Termination
Astronova reserves the right to modify or cancel Promotions at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes do not affect previously earned credits that have already been validly applied, except in cases of abuse or error.

Promotions may have tax implications for you. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and should consult your own advisors. These Promo Terms do not constitute tax or legal advice.
